Mcdonald's - Crawley

I have mixed feelings towards McDonald's. While I used to enjoy their Fanta and deli sandwich, I have since become a vegetarian and don't eat there often. The quality and portion sizes of their food have decreased while prices have gone up. They tried to introduce healthier options, but it's hard to take them seriously in that regard. The pound saver menu is gone, and the milkshake machine always seems to be broken. The staff are robotic, and the cleanliness of the toilets leaves much to be desired. Overall, I'm disappointed in the decline of McDonald's from its peak popularity. It's not the same as it used to be, and I believe there are better alternatives out there for the price.

The food at this McDonald's is okay if you enjoy burgers and fries, but the restaurant itself lacks adequate space. If you have a stroller or wheelchair, finding a seat can be difficult. The seating is limited downstairs, but there is more room upstairs for parties. During my last visit, the service was not up to par. The staff seemed unhappy and were bumping into each other while trying to serve customers. It was clear that they were understaffed and overworked. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also not impressive.
