Joe's Coffee House - Crawley

Staff are always friendly and efficient! Great coffee, good food. Ideally situated close to arrivals and departures.

Ivan and alayna went beyond and beyond to serve us. for tired and tired traveling, this place is an oasis. the suppe and sandwiches are fresh, healthy and fill for a reasonable price. we both had a cup of tea and a great cup of coffee to complete. there is even a place to load her phone. I cannot talk enough about the friendly, friendly and wonderful staff!

I was pleasantly surprised when the staff offered to pack me a jacket potato with bean and cheese, chili con carne with rice, and a coke for takeout, along with a bottle of wine. The restaurant closes at 8 o'clock, but my friend gets off work at 8:30. The manager and staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and said they would have the food ready for me when my friend finished work. This was truly exceptional customer service and one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.

This is a wonderful spot to enjoy a coffee and meal at the South Terminal of Gatwick. The staff are all fantastic and provide top-notch customer service. A special shoutout to Larisa, who always serves up the best coffee with a smile!

The staff here is extremely friendly and accommodating. The coffee is also top-notch.
