Fast Lane Diner - Crawley

The restaurant is centrally located near the airport and offers all the amenities you would expect from a Premier Inn. The staff provide excellent service and are very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and tidy, and the hot showers in the morning were a nice touch. My only suggestion would be for the restaurant staff to be more clear about where personal tips go, for future reference. Overall, a great experience.

The restaurant exceeded my expectations. It was excellent. If you stay for breakfast, make sure to also dine at the restaurant for dinner. For £27, you get 2 courses, an alcoholic drink, and all-you-can-eat breakfast the next morning. The staff was excellent, very friendly, and helpful. The room was average but sufficient for a one-night stay before flying out. I would definitely use this restaurant again.

So impressed with this place and the staff. Prior to our stay we received an email stating that service maybe below the normal standard due to staffing issues. It was clear throughout our stay that the staff were under resourced and under pressure. They were magnificent however. We saw staff waitressing then working reception before helping on the bar. All staff joined in, worked where required and showed great team spirit. A special mention for Sofia who was world class with her customer care. Although under pressure she demonstrated a wonderful personality, finding enough time to engage with customers and yet racing around to get the job done always with a smile and acknowledgement. I must also complement the chef. I hate to say it but my expectations were low and yet the quality of the food was of the highest order. Premier Inn should recognise this excellent team

This restaurant is in a great location for Gatwick flights. The staff at breakfast were particularly helpful and excellent with children. We had a very good stay overall. Our only criticism is that one of the cots was uncomfortable, as the springs were almost poking through the top. Other than that, it was great.

Beautiful place, excellent value and well located (for business and leisure). our usual hotel is currently a self-insulation hotel, so we used it as a basic instead of when we are in the opposite. do not let them turn off in manor royale. until 18 o'clock, the industrial area is deadly and remains so until early morning, which guarantees a beautiful peaceful sleep, provided their Mithotel neighbours are well pampered. the rooms are clean, the lift work and the hotel staff are friendly.
