It's a Costa, identical to every one in the country.

Very rude till ladies they don't pay attention if customers give their instructions

Lower Costa in the shopping centre. Appalling service from rude staff who couldn't be bothered to get up and serve me. They were too busy sitting down and chatting. When I asked for the managers name the tall lad swore at me. I had to walk out. Disturbing behaviour from a very odd Costa

I was there when A.Perry was rude to the Costa staff who are not only friendly, but kind and helpful. By the looks of A.Perry’s other comments, she’s just out for a free coffee!

Server who had a bad earache was very friendly and efficient. Server with the tattoo on her forehead was on her phone a lot even though there was a long queue notably when the Manager was not in sight.
