Costa Coffee - Crawley

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to unwind and get work done if necessary. I frequent this Costa location around 3-4 times a week for hours at a time. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The establishment is always clean and well-maintained. They consistently have everything I need and I am promptly served after waiting in line. The entire team is pleasant, but my favorites are Kasia and Junaid.

Coffe is delicious, and staff are genuinely enthusiastic. Well worth visiting. Nicest Coffe out of all vistas I've been to.

The manager who does the closes is very polite and always helpful. Unlike the manager who opens in the morning, the evening one always has a smile on her face and is helpful when describing drinks and explaining offers etc.

Very kind and friendly staff, greeted with a smile and they seemed very friendly and noticed they were super helpful to all parties and genuinely looked happy to help. Loved this attitude, they deserve a raise and bonus. Great environment and atmosphere to be in
