Przekaż informację zwrotnąA few weeks ago my husband had went there for ice cream and apparently are always out of every single flavor but one, my father also said that they didn’t have any tacos and sandwiches serving one day and the inside of the store smells completely disgusting and will never go back there again.
Lobby doors locked, cash only, no chocolate or strawberry ice cream and pop machines down. The French fries we got seemed like yesterday's leftovers.
Had wait for our food to be delivered over 20 minutes. Meals were cold!!
We have had a great experience at this Dairy Queen every time we stop.
The manager Bailey is rude and doesn’t want to fix any problems with an order. They don’t always give you your receipt so you know what’s ordered and then she talks to you like your stupid even though what they didn’t give you was on the receipt they tried to keep and then lie about the items not being on there and they clearly were. When you call she is just as rude and tells you that you can leave a review and call corporate. You also can never go inside the restaurant because it’s always closed and you have to go drive thru only. I won’t be going back to this Dairy Queen I will drive out of town for better service.
