Uncle Sushi Grill - Cranston

I am currently sitting on the toilet as a result of not sleeping all night after eating at this restaurant. I ordered a cooked shrimp tempura roll, but later realized that the sushi was raw or undercooked. As a result, I have been vomiting all day and night and am still in a lot of pain. I will never eat here again.

The shrimp dumplings were delicious and the Kayla roll was amazing. However, we found that the prices online did not match what we were charged in person (likely due to outdated information). Additionally, we felt that the staff could have been more attentive to customers, as they seemed to just serve food and move on quickly without checking if we needed anything else. It would be helpful if they were more organized and attentive when serving customers in this new era of dining.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, making dining there a pleasant experience. The service is excellent, the prices are fair, and the sushi is delicious. I recommend trying the rainbow roll, reservoir roll, and cinnamon roll. The maki lunchboxes are a great lunch option with a variety of choices including soup and salad. I wrote this review 11 years ago, but I still love this place. Despite not being able to dine in due to COVID, I continue to order from them regularly. Thank you to Onkel Sushi and the family for the great food and service.

At first we thought this Sushi place was somehow a part of the car wash, and I actually loved the idea of drive thru car wash sushi… for some reason. Alas, normal sushi takeout… but fantastic sushi. Delicious, fresh, flavorful… and the people that worked there were very friendly. 10/10 would car wash sushi again.

I do really like this place a lot but last time I went I got a this tea and asked for less ice and she said it would be more charge??………so I just said never mind. Then I picked it up to not even be filled to the top.Today my seafood pho didn’t even have scallops and they left the nasty shrimp tails on! Not to mention the guy that was behind the sushi bar was eating with gloves on. I may have to try pho Saigon
