Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Cranston

I have waited a long time to review this place and gave them many many opportunities. The place has incredible turnover and poorly trained overwhelmed confused staff. I don’t blame the staff for that. It’s disorganized and there is no actual team working to deliver a great consistent product and experience. Food is fair, the smoothies are the star of the show, but if you cannot get them remotely at the same time, you now have cold food. I personally just bow out to avoid frustration and disappointment.

First of all, I waited more than 20 minutes to just order. Second of all, the way that I was being treated at the cashier was worse than any place you could possibly think of. I went up to the cashier and very rudely. He said what do you want I ordered two drinks and waited 15 minutes to get them. One of them was a little bit different so I asked the person that gave it to me, which one doesn’t have non-fat yogurt she rudely ignored me and walked away. I am very much very disappointed in the way I was treated most definitely do not go here. This place sucks they don’t you dare customers well, they don’t serve anything right and even my drink wasn’t made good deathly not going back in here.

I’ve never been given such attitude before. Not sure of names but please retrain your staff or get new ones. Staring at me and not taking my order or saying be right with you and when the other girl asks the other employee if she was gonna take my order, she goes “why would I do that.” Lol okay. Then proceeds to talk and laugh while in the middle of my order still ignoring me. Get a new job if you’re miserable . The gentlemen working was the only nice one and was very sweet. All the girls working were rude.

Just left this location for the first time. We ordered 4 smoothies, all different flavors so it wasn’t just a one smoothie mistake. All of the smoothies taste immensely watered down. Each one! There is barely any type of flavor in any of them. It almost seems intentional like they’re trying to skimp out on product. Extremely disappointed we wasted time and money at this location

The worst smoothie I ever had. Tasted like ice mixed with the remnants of a used smoothie blender cup.
