Pinkberry - Cranston

We went to Pinkberry in Garden City today. We saw online they have a variety of non dairy options. We wanted to come once a week throughout summer and try a new flavor each time. Unfortunately this location only has one non dairy flavor choice. I called all the local Pinkberry?s in my area they all carry the one non dairy flavor. Coconut. We ordered a small it was delicious!! Very creamy, thick and full of flavor, I liked it a lot. They offer outdoor patio tables we sat under the umbrella in the shade with a gentle breeze. We will be back to enjoy another one, hopefully they will bring in more non dairy flavors this summer.

The only reason I?m giving it two stars is because of the wait time in this store. Of course the staff are not to be blamed, as it is a very small place and there is not enough room for the employees to get to customers in a timely manner, plus the fact that they take online orders delays the service. I?ve been here multiple times in the last two weeks and the wait time is approximately 20 25 minutes with a line that goes out the door stays there for a while. The staff is very nice and polite and they do their best to give you exactly what you want but I feel like their working conditions are absolutely unacceptable when considering the high volume of traffic the store experiences. If anything, I blame it on corporate for closing the mall location, and for having the employees running from side to side in a very overwhelming, stressful work environment. Yogurt was great as per usual, I just hope they fix the working conditions (because they have the money to do so) Image is just from the inside, not the outside of the store where the line is never ending.

Open late. Ample parking in a very nice shopping plaza. Prices are a little high they should offer a rewards program.

This is an amaizing frozen yogurt place. The yogurt is delicious. You can add druit toppings. The staff is friendly. The place is very clean. There is handicap parking.

Love this place. Unlimited toppings, except the chocolate of course, fruit is always fresh, personnel is for the most part fully bilingual, and the waffle cones are better than Cold Stone's. This place is smoking hot right and is always full of youth and people enjoying their yogurt. The plain one is still my favorite. Also, when I go to pickup deliveries, they always have orders ready and give it to you with a ziplock with ice to preserve the yogurt's texture. Well thought.
