Pizzeria Ristorante Molino

The waiter was super polite, the place is cozy and the food is incredible: I ate pasta with salmon and tiramisu.

Hmmm so I really don´t know if we just caught a bad day or if we should have opted for Pizza or if we just expected something else, but we went there yesterday and ordered a Penne arrabiata and Spaghetti Bolognese and both were just super bland. The sauces were just super boring with hardly any flavor and when I ordered some chilly oil to spice it up a bit not even that had any taste. I mean I ate the chilly and felt nothing. I like my sauce tomato y and with a twist but this sauce tasted like nothing, we had to add tons of salt, pepper and olive oil to get at least a halfway decent taste. However, the waitress was very nice and friendly and maybe we just try the pizza next time :

Ho ordinato degli spaghetti all'amatriciana che sono arrivati stracotti e in un lago di olio.Immangabili.Mia moglie una pizza che aveva troppo formaggio.Non consigliato per gli italiani.

Des carbonara où les œufs font omelette et des pâtes trop cuites, on a connu vraiment beaucoup mieux du Molino
