Le Chalet - Crans-Montana

A need to visit place for its ambience it is a very nice wooden chalet where everything is very well thought out. Very tasty raclette and fondue. Service was great! Not cheap though.

We had a lovely meal here with friends while visiting our family home in Switzerland unfortunately I left behind my cashmere scarf to which I contacted the restaurant and they confirmed they had it and would hold for my cousin who was arriving this week to collect. She arrived to collect it today to be told it was simply ‘gone’ with zero explanation as to how it had now vanished after staff keeping it aside for collection. Disgusting behaviour from a ‘family’ restaurant and as a regular visitor to Crans I will be following up on this

Je suis par hasard venu a ce restaurant et tout de suite un accueil parfait m'attendais. C'est un endroit trés chaleureux avec sa décoration j'ai étè trés trés bien servie en plus il y a que des personnels ADORABLES . C'est un endroit juste sublime à y aller en couple ou en famille . On mange trés bien là-bas . C'est un endroit à ce régaler! Maintenant j'y vais presque tout le temps là-bas. On se sentirait presque comme chez soi . C'est un endroit à venir visiter pour les personnes qui ne connaissent pas . MERCI a eux pour leur trés bon accueil et leur trés bon manger!!

Je ss venue à se chalet décoration magnifique accueille très bien repas très bon . Je conseille de venir en droit magnifique

Excellente fondue dans le pain je n y avais jamais goûté, les jeunes ont presque fini le pain aussi personnel très accueillant à l ombre d une petite terrasse un après-midi de canicule !!!
