Sukh Sagar Restaurant - Cranganore

NH 17 is notorious for the absence of decent vegetarian restaurants in the stretch between Varapuzha and Kuttipuram. This was a pleasant discovery. The food is excellent and service very good. The exceptionally large parking space is a blessing in the too narrow NH 17. The water provided is Municipal Water supplied by Kerala Water Authority that too after boiling well. Prices are at par with the service and quality of food served.

The food quality was very good. They maintain the same quality even if the branch changes. Thats the best part.

If you are looking for pure veg, you can visit this place. The taste, ambience is average. but no negative comments

Sukh Sagar is a great vegetarian restaurant in Kochi. There are very few pure vegetarian restaurants in the area, so this is a welcome find. The food is delicious and the service is also excellent.

If you find yourself in Kochi, the first thing you crave is a Kerala meal, and along the way to Kumarakom, the first decent restaurant we stumbled upon was Sukh Sagar. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the food was delicious. We enjoyed a typical meal with dishes like avial and poriyal, although it was slightly cold and not piping hot. The entire family of five ate until full for just 500 rupees, making it a steal of a deal!
