This was the first time for us in this unique restaurant and we went without expectations, but we were flabbergasted, total... we ordered the Artichokes String Beans and the Pork Apron along with a Sangaria Pitcher and their blood orange Margherita (prolly October themed special) The table got a basket of dinner rolls with a baked full garlic lamp with a green sauce (you will see it in the photos)... loved it, absolutely crazy to taste, overwhelming but we both loved our pallets down The artichokes were also amazing, and the pork was out of the world (it comes with their scaled potatoes again (again exceptional) A defined must try for food and we are adding Garlic Rose Bistro to our regular goto list of places.
This was my first time in Garlic Rose Bistro, but definitely not my last!! Food was amazing and service was great. Owners make you welcome. We drove there over an hour and were worth it. Try not to get full of amazing garlic bread. The appetizers we ordered were scallops and garlic shrimps. For our entrées we had chicken and shrimps Carbonara and their famous pork stable, which was very tasteful and delicate. Everything was great!!!
Our friends since primary school met for lunch at Garlic Rose in our home town of Cranford. When the owner found out the purpose of our meeting and we were all friends for 50 years, he treated us like gold. In addition to the VIP treatment, the dishes, wine and service were excellent. We tend to talk a lot at these meetings, and the server was very patient and tried to take our orders between all the chatters. My choice for lunch was the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and it was excellent. Thank you. Garlic Rose for the perfect setting for a meeting of childhood friends.

This is one of my favorite memories when I visit Pasta. They start with their amazing bread and roasted garlic with pesto for the table. Next I would recommend the French onion soup. And you can't come to dinner without having her pasta. You have the best pasta dishes and in huge portions that are beautiful for the next day left overs. I'm just a bit disappointed because they replaced my favorite pata court when they updated their menu this year. I guess I need to find a new favorite.
