The Cottage Restaurant - Cranbrook

Saw a tiny ad, and was hooked on the word homemade. They have fresh baked goods, soups, bakery items, perogies, cabbage rolls, breakfasts, etc. The servings were HUGE, and prices very reasonable. The food was terrific and memorable. The only negative is that it is privately owned, so they have limited opening hours, something like 9am to 4pm. Located downtown, and worth finding it!

Travelling all through Canada this is hands down my favourite place to have breakfast. Homemade bread retro music genuine and friendly service with a smile you can sense and taste the pride of this unforgettable restaurant. If you're in Cranbrook or the area do yourself a favour and experience this amazing place.

We took our children for brunch on their visit home from university. All the food including the bread is homemade. The prices are not cheap but it's value for money. Large portions mean that you won't be leaving hungry and you won't be having brunch or lunch anywhere else anytime soon.

Good. what else can I say? It was good and tasty. Why ? How many different ways is there to say Good?

We tried this for breakfast, the decor is fun, lots to look at. The food was average and quite bland. It has potential but they need to step it up just a bit.
