This restaurant features delicious donuts and has a welcoming staff, and I've never had to wait for service. It's a smart idea to buy a Groupon ahead of time, as it often gives you half off your donuts!

Whenever I return to Boston, I always make it a point to visit this charming chain a few times while meeting a client in Cranberry, as we don’t have it back home. Their donuts may be small, but they’re surprisingly satisfying. Each one is freshly baked daily, and you can even pick your favorites while watching them being made right before your eyes. The only exceptions are the seasonal holiday donuts (like the ones in the picture), which take a bit longer to prepare. I really appreciate the wide range of flavors they offer, though some folks have mentioned they prefer the simplicity of a plain donut. I've enjoyed donuts here with an exceptional base, so I’d give them a solid four stars, mainly due to the care and craftsmanship they put into each one. They’re not mass-produced, which adds a unique charm to the experience.

I visited this location for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was welcoming, and the doughnuts were amazing, just like I remembered. I make a 2.5-hour drive for these doughnuts, and it's always worth it!

Although the "red light" was not on, I have to say the donuts were quite tasty! However, I was a bit let down because the website promoted warm donuts, and they definitely weren't warm when I got them. I specifically went there for that reason. When I inquired about the lack of warmth, the staff seemed unaware of the information listed on the website. They mentioned that busier locations might offer them warm, but not at their location. Additionally, a fellow customer suggested that they should highlight being allergy-friendly for those who might be concerned about that. And don't forget to ask for a fork—it's much easier to enjoy the donuts that way!
