Kfc - Cranberry Township

Asked for some ranch, order taker got rude with me and said “we can’t just give out free ranch” I didn’t care if I had to buy it I just wanted ranch. She charged me 41¢ for 1 packet.

The food has been one of the worst I experienced ever. We had bought 4 burgers as it was getting late and all four had stale chicken that was rubbery, hard and tasteless. I never experienced this quality before. Giving 1 star as I can’t give below that.

The food is usually delicious, and I enjoy their dishes, but the service is incredibly slow. Be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes.

I saw that the restaurant was advertised as open until 10:30 PM, but it was actually closed at 10 PM on September 1, 2023.

Wanda, the woman taking our order, asked if we wanted any dipping sauce. I requested extra ranch, and she replied that she could only give us two, suggesting that if we wanted more, we could go to Walmart. I simply said thank you and moved on. She also asked if we wanted our order to go or to eat in, and when I indicated that we wanted it to-go, she abruptly went to the kitchen and announced, “Now they want it to go,” in a dismissive manner. Although our order was correct, the customer service we received was rude and unprofessional. This experience took place at the KFC inside the Walmart in Cranberry.
