Automatic 15% gratuity on a takeout order. I would tip more but not when mandatory. Awkward staff conversations in front of customers how people don’t do their job. Food was great.
This place is awesome! The customer service here is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. My team and I were in town for Hurricane Ida disaster response and we had a group meal at Tommy G’s. I called ahead and they set aside an area for us to eat. The entire staff and cooks were professional and friendly. The variety of pizza was fantastic and they were exceptional. If I lived in NOLA, this would be my favorite spot for dining out!
Order food and they know you waiting on it and you sit there for hour and a half, watching people come in behind you get their stuff and leave. And it's not as good as they say it is.
Online website and a banner on a building off the interstate shows allday Happy Hour. When I asked about it the waitress said they were not having any. Please update your site and take the banner down.
