Smoothie King - Cozumel

This place use to be my favorite n best smoothie place. Went in today and after placing my order. This man was trying to get the young lady to give me an old smoothie from yesterday left over from the fridge n mind u I was their first customer at 9:15 Friday. Morning. I felt so bad

I love this Smoothie King. The employees have great customer service. My Smoothie be made to order every time.

We came around 730 pm on a Friday night and it wasn’t busy at all. We did an in store order and got our order in about 3 minutes. There isn’t a sign on the building, only on the door (and it’s small).

The people here are so sweet. There used to be a lady who worked here who was always on her A1 game. But I just felt so disrespected last time I went. I had 4 drinks in my order. They have tons of blenders, but only used 1blender for my order. So 6 people behind me came and went. I didn't even have a whole person working on my order. I've visited this Smoothie King (SK) before and they usually do a great job, so this review is only for this particular smoothie. I ordered the Veggie Slim Trim. Three people came in after me and was served so I had to ask about mine. She said it didn't blend right and they had to remake it. When I did finally get it, it did not have the same taste or color as I've had it when it's made right. This exact scenario happened some time ago at this location when I ordered the same smoothie.
