Tried to go up to meet some friends at the roof bar and put my name on the wait list. After waiting 30 min I went to check my spot and saw the security guard threading patrons and aggressively kicking out people who were waiting in the lobby. I come here pretty frequently and have had multiple friends rent out the venue for private parties in the past. In the past the service was always amazing so I was very disappointed to see this and it made me not even want to go inside. Truly an atrocious p … – show
