Natur Island - COZUMEL

This island was a little dodgy. We needed a cash point, but almost all were burned or destroyed and robbed. Our other coastal visits in Cuba jamaca caymen Islands Tec was xcellent. Our cruise was the Cuban fusion with Thomsons with free on board spirits beer etc... on the flight, but on the way back they said they only ran out of alcohol for 2 hours in 9 hours. Half of our later they were killed with duty-free alcohol, but we said that could not be used for free bar. I complained about Thomsons, but nowhere. Thomsons also sent us 3 days before our cruise by e-mail to say that the visit was cancelled. This turned out to be a training mistake and we were told we were going to put in the cubic. There was no compensation for one of them just an apology. Not good enough Thomsons. If you have a similar experience on the flight home, please let me know.

This island was a little dodgy.We needed a cash point but nearly all were burnt out or wrecked and robbed.Our other shore visits to Cuba jamaca caymen islands Tec were xcellent.Our cruise was the Cuban fusion with Thomsons with free on board spirits beer etc on flight but on way back they said they had ran out of booze only 2 hrs into 9hr flight .A half our later they came round with duty free booze but we were told that could not be used for free bar.I made a complaint to Thomsons but got nowhere.Thomsons also emailed us 3 days before our cruise to say cuba visit was cancelled.This turned out to be a training error and we were told we would be docking in cuba.There was no compensation for any of this only an apology. Not good enough Thomsons. If you had a similar experience on flight home let me know please.
