Dorados de Villa - COZUMEL

We had an amazing diner at this nice place. There is a lot of choice, western and Mexican food, but we especially liked the traditional Mexican food and would definitely recommend it! It is a small restaurant with very friendly staff. Our waiter Wilberth took a lot of time giving us tips about the island. Go eat here!

We stumbled upon this place on a Sunday, when most of the restaurants and shops are closed and... we got so lucky! This is a very small spot, but the food is delicious (especially the seafood, it is so fresh! , hot sauce is insane, beers are cold, and service is outstanding. We went twice only because Roberto took such good care of us! He was charismatic, funny, attentive, and just a wonderful person to get to know. The rest of the staff that day, Christian (who served us after Roberto clocked out was delightful too. Also, Myrna, Javier and Armando, they're all are such great people. ¡Gracias a todos!

Excellent food and service. Servando was great, very attentive and personable. The Chile relleno with chicken was excellent. We had tacos, enchiladas and a burrito and everything was excellent.

I have been here several times over the years. This year my wife and I stopped in for dinner after the cruise ships left port. The food seems to always be good with good flavor, fresh. It's not gourmet, just simple and good. Get to set outside and watch people go by, this year it was Monday before Fat Tuesday and the Paint and Run 5K was earlier in the day, allot of messy people walking around, looks like it was fun.

It was our second night in Cozumel and I was looking for a place with TV's to watch the Super Bowl as most sports bars you needed tickets. This place didn't have any but the older gentleman was nice enough to guide me to a place that had them....we got there and there were no seats so we walked back here and gave them the business. You typical authentic mexican menu items. I had the enchiladas and I can't remember what my wife had. It was good and the beer was cold. Nothing special or nothing bad about the place. It is right in the center of the main walkway and in front of the square so they get all the tourists as it is easy access. Definitely better out there with a little more comfort.
