Horrible service. We ordered what we wanted got our blizzards but never gotten our food for 45 minutes. There was other customers that came in after us and they got theirs right away. They forgot to make our order. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Used to be a good place. It’s gone downhill. Employees will not greet you, or communicate. Every table was dirty, there is never ice in the soda machine. Waited at the counter for 10+ minutes, staff will look at you but not ask if you need anything. It felt like we were bothering them. Food tastes fine but every time I go through, I pay for something I don’t receive. Asked for two sides of ranch, paid for three, and received one. Asked for no toast, got toast, and was asked to pull forward for one chicken basket and was left waiting for at least 20 minutes. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Board says 749 for chicken 4 piece basket. Register charges 849. Asked for marshmallow malt got something terrible tasting. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Would not recommend. Clock said 8:59 and staff had already closed and would not help us. I’d recommend Lexington or North Platte if you are looking for ice cream. Service: 1
