Judging from the lack of customers (we were the only ones in the place), this is the best kept secret in Cozad. Some of the best, most authentic Mexican food I have ever had. The chips and salsa were amazing, and the enchilada sauce should be in it's own food group. Nice little mom and pop place. I hope they can make a go of it. Ordered the shrimp and steak and was really disappointed with my whole order the steak was bland had no seasoning whatsoever it should have been medium and got it extra rare the sides tasted old all around a bad experience sorry to say but I won’t be back Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Stumbled here on our way west. Warm atmosphere, excellent food. Highly recommend Casa Vieja!
