La Esquina Tropera - Coyhaique

I recently tried the quinoa burger at this restaurant and it was one of the best veggie burgers I've ever tasted. In fact, it ranks in my top 4 from all my travels around the world. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture because I devoured it so quickly. Despite not being overly hungry, the burger was so delicious that I couldn't resist. The fries were excellent and the non-alcoholic mojito was refreshing. The service was also great. I would give this place 4 stars. My only suggestion is that they could offer more non-meat options, but the 4 available options are all excellent and clearly made with skill and care. I have to say, the Quinoa Burger at this restaurant is hands down one of the best veggie burgers I've ever tasted. In fact, I would rank it in my top 4 of all the places I've traveled to. I was so impressed by the flavor that I forgot to snap a picture before devouring it. Surprisingly, I wasn't even that hungry when I ordered it. The Pommes and non-alcoholic Mojito were also excellent. The service was top-notch as well. I would definitely give this restaurant a five-star rating.

Despite the burger patty being vegan, we discovered that the bread contains a bit of egg for coloring purposes. Additionally, the onion rings are not vegan as they contain eggs in the batter. We tried the poke and fries during our visit. (Review updated on January 8, 2024).
