Mollymoo and tillybear - Cowes

However I had the pancakes yesterday and they were very very average! They have a great selection of slices and cakes and usually our first choice for Morning tea. (Although I should mention the tea is just teabag tea which is disappointing from such a cute cafe!

As we wanted a light lunch and all my grandaughter wanted was a toasted cheese sandwich and I ordered a tomatoe and cheese we were very disappointed. The menue did say "plain cheese" but it came with creamed cheese and a slice of plain cheese. very sloppy and left a very oily taste: we couldnt eat it. Very expensive for what we had. Iced coffe very expensive...mild, coffee and a SMALL serve of icecream. And they had run out of lemonade (we were there at 12noon

This café is very interesting and provides great tea and coffee and enjoyable food. There are board games and colouring books for the children which encourage you to stay and relax while they are kept busy. It has a retro theme and sells vintage style clothing and toys.

This is a nice little retro cafe. It is not cheap but the food is really very nice - I had a piece of egg and bacon pie which was sublime. Service was quick and the store also sells toys and some clothes.

This is a wonderful breakfast and lunch spot in Cowes. I adore the vintage decor, including the tables and chairs. The service is friendly and the breakfast is delicious. I ordered the homemade muesli with stewed seasonal fruit and organic yogurt - it was delicious. My partner had the bacon.
