The Salad Station - Covington

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and made sure to check in frequently to see if we needed anything.

The atmosphere is fantastic, and the space is clean; however, the hot bar items are overcooked. The soups often dry out at the bottom of the serving dishes long before closing time. This place used to offer great quality for both hot bar items and soups, but the quality has significantly declined. Food rating: 2/5.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the place to be visually clean. However, the lettuce they had on display didn't look very fresh. Everything else in the salad seemed acceptable. When I asked if they had more ranch dressing, the employee looked for it, but then, while still wearing the same gloves they had used to handle trash, they replaced the top on the ranch container. Additionally, the soup I received was barely warm, more like a cold soup. I probably won’t be returning to this location.
