This restaurant is simply amazing. The ambience is fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the food is delicious. The owner was very accommodating. There are no hidden secrets here. This is a great place for a dine-in dinner experience, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person.

We've been in Covington for 3 years now and this is the first time visiting the cellar. What a great restaurant Very cool little bar excellent food and the staff was just amazing. We have to thank their turquoise paintbrush for inviting us to their very first paint night at the Cellar. We absolutely love this place and will be coming back frequently so it worked! The burgers looked absolutely amazing fettuccine Alfredo to die for and the chicken cappuletti was delicious. We have dined at this restaurant twice now, hoping that our first experience was just a fluke. However, after tonight, we have come to the conclusion that the food is subpar and the service is lacking. We do not recommend this restaurant, as our experience was terrible. The steak in the photo was supposed to be a bone-in ribeye, but we could not find the bone. When we asked the server, she did not know what a bone-in ribeye steak was. It was disappointing to see that the restaurant sells a product on the menu that they do not deliver. In terms of kid-friendliness, we ordered chicken tenders but were brought grilled tenders instead of fried. When we asked for fried tenders, we were told that they were not an option. We would have chosen something else if we had known. My child ended up having French fries for dinner. The service was slow and unhelpful, and the overall experience was disappointing. Our meal was for dinner and the price per person was $50–100. We rated the food and service a 1, but the atmosphere a 3.

The staff at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately the food did not meet expectations. Coming from California where food is known for being flavorful, the dishes at this restaurant fell short for me. The piccata noodles were cold and lacking in taste, the chicken on the bruschetta chicken was overcooked and tough, and the combination of tomatoes on top clashed with the tomato sauce. The pecan pie was served cold and unappetizing, and even the carrots had no flavor. I wish I could show them how to properly cook Italian food and season it properly. Little touches like serving a pie at room temperature would have made a difference. Surprisingly, the most flavorful part of the meal was the ranch dressing on the salad.
