Steak 'n Shake - Covington

I Love this place, except for the fact I can't eat there! Its disgusting when you get a quarter cup of Mayo on your burger! I feel like I was being racially profiled, like it's funny to do that to people! Well, the burger was for a 4 year old who had been asking for a burger for almost a week now! Great job. Good luck in life

First of all the food was fine, the service however was not. Our server seated us a party of 3, 2 of us were eating in the restaraunt the third person was getting take out. This was clearly communicated to our server, who brought all of the take out order with the eat in order, including the milk shake that melted because it was the first thing to hit the table. Heads up Steak n Shake! A To Go order should be brought out after a moderate interval. Then when our friend asked for a fresh shake because that one was sad looking, she became flustered and confused insisting she would have to ask a manager to come see about it . That manager never materialized, the server never came back, we had to track down our bill. She just abandoned us. What kind of service is that? It should be noted the restaurant was mostly empty since it was after 2pm.

We were so hungry in the night and it seemed everywhere when we went it closed or closed within 10 minutes, and then they didn't want to wait for us some wise I googled places still open and steak shake came up, it was 1.3 miles from me. we boomed it up there pulled into the window because the rear lights were out and it was a manager that he was tired that they could not say help, but he opened it I and said hello I can help them, I said his too late he said no, what can I ya and shed so eat was great, but the service was invaluable. once again to those who served us this night!

Most workers have pulled masks under their kinen. bathroom are dirty and have no handseife. suggest the local health department keep this place on their list of possible super spreader location.?
