Scoops - Covington

This place is amazing! My family and I stopped by because it was on our must-visit list while exploring Mystic Falls. We tried the banana pudding milkshake and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend checking this place out.

We visited Covington for the first time recently and stopped by Scoops for ice cream. We were amazed by the delicious flavors, especially the Banana Pudding. We will definitely be back!

I had a negative experience at this restaurant when a blonde woman at the ice cream counter ignored my husband and me to serve a Caucasian man behind us, even though we were right in front of her waiting to order. Another kind gentleman ended up helping us and apologizing, but this incident left a bad impression on me about this establishment. Reading other reviews mentioning similar treatment confirms that this is a recurring issue at this location.

I honestly feel like a kid in a candy store again. It was amazing, flavorful, clean, and welcoming. 10/10!!!

The service and ice cream were great. There were a lot of customers in there, but that was ok because there were a lot of things to look at while you're in the line, and the line still was moving fast.
