The manager and the waitress who served us were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating in answering all our questions. My husband and I have allergies and Red Robin took our allergies seriously and friendly. They have a 100% named gluten-free deep frit. I gave only four stars, because a place must really get extraordinary above and beyond five stars from me. That's a good place.

We have a party of 8. We sat and served within 5 minutes. Wonderful staff!

The current $10 promo is a good deal. Food is good. Service is excellent.

Mostly good. The food was good and our waitress Amy was excellent, but we waited a long time repeatedly for drinks, just to get the wrong ones repeatedly. When I sat my 3 year old down in the booster seat it was almost a disaster as THEY DIDN'T EVEN STRAP THE BOOSTER SEAT ON THE CHAIR. Extremely dangerous.

The restaurant always has a lively atmosphere with excellent food and service. I'm not sure when they started offering unlimited sides, but it was a pleasant surprise. The BBQ Chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious.
