Nothing Bundt Cakes - Covington

I ordered these for my husband for his birthday. I ordered the bundt tower the night before I needed it and had zero problems picking it up as scheduled. I ordered the red velvet, carrot, and lemon cakes. All of the cakes were moist, but the lemon was the moistest. Overall, was really pleased with the product and service I received.

The cakes at Nothing Bundt Cakes are awesome. Very moist and delicious. I tried the mixed Bundtini’s which came with white chocolate raspberry, chocolate chocolate chip, lemon and red velvet; and a 8” snickerdoodle: all were for a New Years Eve party. Loved them all but the red velvet and white chocolate raspberry are the best ever! Love that I can just go in and pick what I want and not have to pre order. And they last for a long time, although I tend too eat them as quickly as I buy them. Their icing is the best!

I place an order for some graduation cupcakes a day in advance. They explained to me that they sell the regular cupcakes and I could buy the graduation kit to decorate it. When I went to pick up my order, I find out they didn't have any more graduation kits. I was very upset. However a lady, I believe is the owner, came and told me she could figure out something. She put a decoration on top the box. It's not 100% what I expected but I do appreciate her for not only apologize but to be able to present a solution. That is Customer service. The cupcakes awesome as always.

My experience was terrible. At first I was where I picked up a birthday cake because it was obviously my birthday. I had already logged into the eClub app the day before my birthday and I came to order the cake and get a free little cake because it is my birthday and the lady says she has to see that the app has sent me a happy birthday email to get a free little cake and the app sent me emails, but no happy birthday email and I showed her all the information that I had sent to my app today Then she said that the big cake we ordered would wait a 30-minute, and she asked about my phone number and said they would call us if it is ready, so we waited at the place next to the door nothing Bundt cake it was Jersey Mike we waited 1 hour then decided to go, check if the cake was ready, and it was just sitting on the counter she never called, nor did she write to us. The workers are rude.

Great experience in the store. A little tricky navigating the parking lot. Very strange design choices.
