Mcdonald's - Covington

I'm giving this restaurant one star because I have to. The food was terrible, and the service was terrible as well. If I hadn't been so hungry, I would have left. They offered a small McNugget menu, but the portions were anything but small. When I asked for a medium or large size, they refused and just made me even more hungry. It seems like the staff is more interested in looking busy than actually serving customers. Skip the salt shaker and choose something else from the menu.

This morning, my fiancée and I decided to go fishing at Kadersee tomorrow. However, my fiancée was hungry so we stopped at the McDonald's on Winton Road in Latonia, KY. Unfortunately, what I ordered was not what I received. I tried calling to address the issue but they refused to answer, so my only option was to leave a negative review. The restaurant has a rating of 2.9, which I usually check beforehand. Despite it not being very busy during our visit, there were still mistakes made with our order. The strawberry cakes were wrongly placed in apple cake boxes and there were no lids for the large cups. While I should have double-checked the order myself, I still believe the restaurant should have gotten it right in the first place. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

I brought my four grandchildren to this restaurant. The food and drinks were typical of McDonald's. However, the service was a bit slow, taking 25 minutes to be served. Despite this, my grandchildren enjoyed the experience and I appreciate that the staff were doing their best. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I am with my grandchildren again.

The staff there was okay. They just took our order and didn't say anything else. The food was decent but the fries was over cooked and cold. Most of the tables was dirty and wasn't really a clean place to seat. The men's women's bathrooms was really over all disgusting and nasty.
