Little Caesars - Covington

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unprofessional behavior of a young woman at the front counter. She was quite rude, and as a result, I will not be returning.

Little Caesars promotes the slogan "Next Time, Save Time. Order online." I decided to try the app, but when I arrived, I was informed they couldn't prepare my pizza or the breadsticks I had ordered, even though I'd already paid for my pizza! Instead, they made me a different one, which took an additional 15 minutes. It was a frustrating experience. I was extremely disappointed and have decided never to return. I've even uninstalled the app!

If I could give no stars, I would. We waited for 40 minutes, and no one came to the window. They closed at 4 PM, so we couldn't go in and place an order.

Now that the store is under new management, I have seen a HUGEEEEEEEE increase in CUSTOMER CARE!!! Steady hours. Steady service. I absolutely love how the customers are always put first now.

Steve at the Eagle Drive location was amazing the best employee by far since I have lived in Covington. He was funny, helpful, and very polite!
