Elea J's Southern Table - Covington

A few weeks ago, I had lunch with a friend. She ordered the shrimp and grits while I chose the fish and grits, and we also shared a plate of fried green tomatoes. My meal was generous and delicious. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to try the fried green tomatoes because my friend couldn’t get enough of them after just one bite! She even had the audacity to ask for the recipe, which was quite amusing. I don’t often recommend places, but this is definitely a spot worth visiting!

I followed the owner from their previous locations, and I have to say, they never greet us personally, but I'm consistently impressed with both the food and service. More people should appreciate the joy of cooking at home, especially since it can be such a lovely experience.

I ordered the chicken with mac and cheese and potato salad, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was incredibly crispy and tender. Overall, the meal was fantastic, and I will definitely be back for more!

Oh, my God, the food is delicious! I brought half of my lunch home because the portions are huge! The fried chicken and roasted green tomatoes are amazing! The service was friendly and prompt!

The food was great! This place is very clean and the service was fast and awesome! I can't wait to eat here again. Yummy!
