Every time I come to this BK I get super fast service with great attitudes. It’s always a pleasure visiting. And that’s rare for fast food in 2023. But this store’s customer service is top

I wish burgers lettuce was green, not white. Pickles would b nice . Food was ok. They were fast we were on our way. Service was fine. No huge issues.

It was amazing food even tho the French toast threw me off I think they have the best bacon egg and cheese croissants. I don't understand the 1 star reviews it is the best burger king I've been to super nice employees and reminds me when I was little I always wore the crown it is the best place to go for a snack. the service was amazing aswell.

I greatly appreciate This store! I had originally ordered off the app to the store on HWY 278. I sent my daughter and husband to pick the order up.... Needless to say I got a call.. they had cleared the order out and claimed that they could not retrieve it. SO I TOLD THEM OVER THE PHONE AND SENT A SCREENSHOT OF THE ORDER TO MY HUSBAND. My husband and daughter return home 15mins later with the wrong order ?‍?‍ So I attempted to call the store.. at that time it redirected me to this store. Lil did I know the Gen manager Nancy answered the phone. And relayed to me that the 278 store does not have a phone.. ? Why? But that's besides the point. She proceeds to ask me what the issue is. So I explained the situation and she was more than happy to remake our order. I was delighted! I sent my husband to there store to pickup. He let me know they were very welcoming and helpful! The food was fresh and hot! Thank you all so much for helping with this experience! ... So next time yall want burger King avoid the hassle and just go here instead of the other location! Thank you all that aHelped with this order! You are all very much appreciated
