Krystal - Covington

Hello, Krystal's, as a child to adult hood I've enjoyed Krystal every chance I get, we do not have a Krystal's in South Carolina. We stopped here in Georgia, we were told we'll have to wait an extra 20 minutes as the Door dash order was more important, and told the car behind us they're no longer taking any orders at 2:00pm. Also they were missing items from our order.. step it up Krystal's this was a let down I'm giving 1 star.. Apologies.

First time eating Krystal's. Stopped at the drive thru while riding through Georgia. We don't have one here in SC. So I was happy to see it on the interstate exit. The sandwiches were hot and delicious. A little more mustard than I would like. I also tried the tots, they were good too.

Absolutely terrible experience all the way around. I pulled to the drive-thru for my mobile order pickup as the app said to go through the drive-thru abruptly and with a harsh home they told me to go inside with no explanation. Upon entering the entire facility was dirty, floors were dirty, countertops run clean and the kitchen was the dirtiest of all, the counter. Had lots of old receipts and a few boxes just lying there. I then asked why I had to go inside and they said all mobile orders have to be picked up inside, and throughout this entire experience the all of the staff were borderline rude and they were also arguing with each other loudly door. Other guests were staring at the kitchen while trying to enjoy their meals. Then they told me they were out of chicks which I paid extra for and then they also told me they were out of fries which were also on my order. I asked if they could just remove those items for my order so I'm not charged for them and they said no. I asked to speak to the manager and after about 10 minutes of waiting wall the staff were still yelling at each other. I just walked out. Never going back to this crystal. It's a huge disappointment for the chain which is one of my favorite go to road trip stops.

Missed these so much, but service was not what I'm accustomed to. Never understood until now, my grandmother would say you can taste the person's feelings in how they cook the food. That was the perfect description. Hence the 3 stars

Manager there was absolutely nasty, cursing, saw the employees trying to keep up but continued on her phone. The restaurant was disgusting, absolutely disgusting. I did order but after seeing the employees and seeing/hearing the manager, I requested a refund. The manager of course had no words. We will never come back to that location and probably never come back to a Krystal?s. I previously worked for Krystal?s back in the day and it was an absolute shame to see this location in such disarray. I highly recommend not consuming anything from this joint until they get better management there. How they have a ?B? rating is beyond me from the health department.
