Subway - Covina

Did an online orders so I could pick it up on the way home from watching a movie everything went good and it was a delicious sandwich especially since it was a BOGO!

I attempted to use a, buy one, get one free sandwich offer Subway advertises on their website. I was planning on picking up my order. I called 11 different Subway restaurants and not a single one accepts this offer. I experienced this same situation one day ago from another location. Why advertise this offer if no one recognizes this offer? This is both frustrating and disappointing.Also, Subway customer service is non existent. I tried every single number I could possibly locate to speak with a live person and they all refer you to their website however, you are required to include a store receipt number, date and time food was purchased etc..I have not been able to place an order so I do not have this required infoTwo days of negative contact with Subway is enough for me. I feel like I am begging them to accept my hard earned money. I am done with this place for good! I have been a long time (25 plus years) and loyal customer but that 's it for me! So long Subway

I go here because it's close to my house but the last few times I've been here even with nobody else in the restaurant they act like it's a race to make my sandwich and throw all the toppings on and try to finish as fast as possible showing no effort or care for my sandwich kind of a joke I only got three pickles on my foot long in about four black olives cuz she rushed like she was going to s her pants or something I don't understand what the hurry was and why throwing my sandwich together like it was a piece of s it was such a big deal so far the last three times I came it was this way I rather go somewhere else where they actually spend 10 more seconds and show some kind of care

Unbelievable don’t go here this employee must be insane he made the Sandwich all dry so is the bread! Never coming back it’s the guy with curly hair he looks like a gym freak, you should have your food card revoked!Parking: Trash everywhere

I usually drive out to Subway off Route 66 in Glendora. But it was passed 8 and they were already closed. So I came to this place since it closes at 9. Ordered the #4 meat foot long on white. By the time I got home to eat, the bread was not fresh. Stale, hard and the ends of the sub's bread flaked off. As if baked but not baked. I called but since it was passed 9 there was no answer. Went the next day and explained the situation and the girl didn't believe me. I explained that my lady and I ate the center of the sandwich and left the ends. We threw away those remains. But the girl wanted me to bring the entire sandwich. I tried to explain to her that we were hungry which was the reason why we went to buy that late. But she said she had to call her manager to see what she could do. I didn't ask for a refund, I just asked for a fresh sandwich but after a while with her calling her manager. She or they agreed to a 6 sandwich, not the entire foot long. (I didn't argue nor make a scene, it was a regular conversation with the employee. Don't get me wrong. I just won't go back, not worth the hassle.
