Pizza Hut-wingstreet - Covina

Half cut , pizza hard soft . Won?t be ordering from here again .

Just moved to West Covina so I had to update my PH location on app. I ordered for delivery and pizza was made nicely, tasted great, and it was still hot so thank you.

I ordered at 7:34 P.M but BOTH pizza maker AND delivery person were on break and my order was cancelled but I wasn't told it was. I wait for two hours until I called and found this out. I want the manager to be aware of this. Thank you

Horrid customer service here and the manager here is even worse. They not only screw up the order but when asked for compensation, the manager has an attitude about it. What can you expect with someone with little to no education. No educationor money is needed to be polite but apparently this is not requirement in management here. Do better, Pizza Hut. Try to avoidthis Pizza Hut if possible.

I just love the quality of your pizzas; always have. They look great. They taste great. I can tell the employees I encounter try very hard to uphold this quality and all of that makes me come back. I rank Pizza Hut #1 in pizza options because of this quality and care of service.
