Mr. Hero In Med - Covina

I am writing this for my husband, who has been violently ill after eating Roman burger and fried mushrooms from the Medina location. Obvious food poisoning. Unbelievable night of sickness. Very sad as he used to love this place.

Fairly large order for my family and everything was perfect from the food to the customer service. Thank you!

Now dont get me wrong in Love me a Roman burger and Mr. Hero. But What happen to the man that used to own this place the recent owners are BOGUS.. They seem to skimp on anything possible the dressings an toppings where almost void and i thought it was jus a fluke but absolutely not its just them skimming to make more money clearly. While there i was speaking with another customer said her Tuna sandwich had a finger wide portion fron end to end.. unhappy about it

The Italian sub is simply insane, pairs well with fruit punch!!!

It was ok. Cheese Steak with onion although came home warm asked for onions to be cooked longer to make them softer they were still hard and crunchy. Onions on cheese Steak should be sautéed till soft. The Romanburgers were average.
