The Open Arms - Coventry

My family recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday and we were very impressed with the service. A server named Laura was exceptionally friendly and she truly represents the excellence of this establishment! The food was absolutely amazing.

I was extremely disappointed with the roast dinner. The gammon was difficult to cut through and there was only a chicken leg. A friend had warned us about their similar experience a few weeks prior, and now we wish we had listened. The staff were friendly, but none of them asked how our meal was. I won't be returning until I hear better reviews.

I ordered four meals, but only three arrived at the same time. The fourth meal was served after everyone else had finished their food, so I didn't have a very enjoyable dining experience.

Would not recommend. Ordered the linguine because even though they had carbonara on the menu it wasn't available, I asked for a captain Morgan's and orange, they had no captain Morgan's. I asked for a Kopoerborg they did not have this either. Absolute disaster
