Fortunately I have the cash and it would have been much preferable to pay by card but what if I hadn’t. This is extremely poor. Handing over my card details to process a payment would taken approximately 30 seconds! Either step up or employee more staff to compensate your busy weekend orders
We pre-ordered a large pizza an hour beforehand and were given a specific delivery time, but it was late. After calling, we were told the order was on its way. However, 20 minutes later, we called again and were informed that the delivery driver had just left. Another 20 minutes passed, and we were still waiting. The order was pricey, and we received multiple inaccurate updates. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with their service.

Well worth a visit ,ate in with my daughter we had a pizza to share. My half was south of the border OMG it was the BEST pizza I ever had , freshly cooked, piping hot , I can’t wait to go back . My daughter had Hawaiian , ham Pineapple with her half . The manager was extremely helpful . Very good service really pleasant attitude . I have only had delivery from here before which is great but really enjoyed the eat in , I recommend to all .
The incorrect order was delivered to me. The customer service was shocking, with someone shouting down the phone. They could benefit from some training on how to communicate with people properly.
