Przekaż informację zwrotnąHaven't been to nandos in years but probably wouldn't bother again. 6 of us went for a friend's birthday. 3 meals were brought to the table and about 10 mins later i had to ask if the other 3 could come out aswell. One was missing corn, one had burn't corn and gravy was brought out well before the rest of the meal so was cold. One meal came out with mac and cheese side that we didn't order so let the staff know so they just took it off our plate and added it to another plate when we could have touched it. For the price we paid for 6 people I wasn't overly impressed with the service. To be fair I will add that we did go on a bank holiday Monday.
I ordered off the app. The food was not delivered yet I was charged for this food. Customer service stayed it was failed delivery . I am out of pocket and no food. Never order online using the delivery service .
Went with my wife and ordered 2 half chicken meals with 2 sides each and 10 wings separately. They brought out the 10 wings with my 2 sides on its own so I brought it back to the counter and told one of the waiters that ‘it’s been delivered wrong…a minute later the manager comes over asking ‘what’s wrong with it and it’s what I ordered’. I said to him I ordered it as 10 wings on its own and the 2 sides with the chicken. Not letting me speak he basically said take it as it is or get a refund’ Took my refund and left…that’s the last time I’ll step foot in a Nandos store His name was Alex and he is the manager of the Coventry Arena branch
Had lunch in Nando’s after a visit to Coventry Transport Museum. My first visit to Nando’s and I was surprised how nice it turned out.Good service nice staff and tasty food for reasonable money.
One of the Best Nandos I’ve been to ,excellent communication very polite staff,will only visit this one from now on ,well done to management for lovely atmosphere
