For the first time, I used this takeaway service. So before this first time delivery and standard of food, my assessment is in the positive. The meal was plentiful and tasty. The delivery time was fast and polite. Well done. Please stop this standard!

I love the food that they produce tailored to my needs. But their customer service sucks!! Told one hour delivery. Delivered in two hours and only luke warm. Complained over the telephone twice and got a rubbish reply Told not their fault. Because of this the poor delivery man did not get his usual tip. This is not the first time. Previously I have telephoned and personally called in up to two hours in advance to collect at a certain time and still kept waiting over 15 minutes and my 10% collection discount was rounded down ! Trading Standards would love this??
