Domino's Pizza - Coventry

Ordered pizza for delivery as my daughter wasn't feeling very well and it's all she wanted to eat. Waited nearly an hour for it to be delivered, app kept saying it was out for delivery. Both pizzas were barely warm and the side was the same, pizzas were chewy and pretty tasteless. It's pot luck when you order from here as sometimes they can be great, but after this time and considering the price I think I'm done with this store.

I turn up to the store and I start to say what I would like to order. Mid order the phone rings and the person stops me mid order and starts talking on the phone in another language. He proceeds to do so for 5 minutes. Not taking an order(I think it was a personal call) Then puts the phone down and doesnt say anything and expects to continue. SO RUDE

I don't normally leave reviews for pizzas that were delivered, but felt that after reading the review for this place I was going to leave one!

Last few orders iv had from here have been awful, and getting worse... I things get left of the order. Pizza has turned up cold. It's frustrating... management Change In order I think.... Or staff eather way sort it out

After waiting an hour for my pizza I rang and told the man that i understand it can be awkward to get to the house so could he ring the driver to see if he was lost or on track etc. He told me I don't know I'm not calling, he then guessed it'll be 5 10 minuets ......
