Depetrillo's Pizza Bakery - Coventry

The kitchen staff went off to make jersey beach and that's what she said jokes while waiting for my phone order, and for no obvious reason continue to say my name in a mocking way while I was on my food. Absolutely ridiculous and not even worth the argument with a bunch of stencils. It is the last time that I ever visit or recommend a so badly run and well maintained restaurant.

Ordered in person a box of pizza chips. Told we could pick up in the afternoon. Said they would hold them. Returned to pick up, all sold out! No counter offer, all attitude. So we left with nothing. So be careful with your orders to pick up! Parking: Park in front

I am so disappointed in Depetrillo,They used to be so good.I live in Warwick but I drove to the Coventry store because I thought that Warwick had gone down.I bought some pizza strips,which were not that great.Also I got spinach cheese and pepperoni calzone.There was hardly any filling in it,all bread..I will not be going back again..

Called and asked if they delivered but no delivery.

First and last time patronizing this place. I inquired about what ingredients where in the different strombolis and the lady that waited on me seemed very annoyed and not friendly in the least bit which is such a turn off, don't work in customer service if your going to be rude! She told me the italian looking one had ham pepperoni and cheese so I chose that one. It was so dry and the crust/dough was as hard as a rock, lucky I didn't break a tooth, and there was ZERO cheese in it. I threw what was left of it out it was so inedible, horrible!
