Tim Hortons - Courtright Canada

I hate leaving bad reviews, however the store today was very dirty. Felt like i was in a gas station bathroom. Msybe it was just a bad day however bad enough for me to take the time and write s review.

I wish I could leave no star for the awful service and waiting times at this establishment!! Fist off it took 20 minutes to get to the counter with only 4 people ahead of me second I ordered iced vanilla coffee and received iced black coffee waiting another 15 minutes received my food the threw the cold hashbrowns in the bag without sleeves on them when I ask about it they handed me the sleeves to pit on myself once I got home to eat within 2 minutes all the items were cold sausage uncooked and room temp hashbrowns ice cold!! Don't got to Saint Clair Tim Horton or any fast food in Saint Clair they all lack management and a bunch of spoiled teens that don't know the meaning of a job!!

Staff is very slow , I saw people walk out and so did I !!

Everything was very good, the crew was very nice and even made us fresh coffee.

I know this location is always busy in the mornings. Despite the long lines, the staff has always been very friendly and polite with me when I give my order
