Why would you do this to an Italian sausage. Not a picture any where in Google that shows a sausage hacked up like this. Why? Because, it makes it dry and hard....

Best pizza and pasta in town very friendly great service and worth the money. We drive almost an hour away just because the food and service is so great.
Loved the Pizza, everyone was grear, first impressions are good but a teturn visit is most definitely on my list.
Terrific staff, delicious food. It is the restaurant I will visit every time I am in the Courtland area.
