I celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday on a Tuesday Night and we all had a blast ! A lot of Pros and Cons _Good thing all the machines and arcade games

No improvement in over four yearsMachines out out tickets, one machine of four working to count tickets on a Saturday afternoon.

I often take people there for lunch. The menu has something for everyone and now eating glutin free, it is the only place in town that I know of that I can happily eat fried fish and fried oysters in complete safety. The sauces are homemade (tartar sauce anyway). the serving are generous. I have never been disappointed. I've had the same server several times--she remembers me and is friendy and efficient. It feels alright to linger as we finish our meal and drink. All good.

This pub is located on an arm of a river. There is a small dock where people arrive on paddle boards and kayaks. The interior of the pub is an old house and it's nice enough, but a seat on the patio that runs the length of the place is where you want to me.We arrived and the patio was full so we sat at the bar and ordered some local beers and after 10 mins seating opened up on the deck.Seals come up from the ocean as well and like to look at those on the patio. Ordered kale Caesar salad, fish and chips (cod) We ordered an extra fish for $8. The batter is very light so it's about the fish. Portions are small compared to normal fish and chips but once again, less batter. We had to ask for extra Caesar dressing for the kale salad as it was fairly sparse. Also ordered their "award winning" chowder. Not sure which Awards but it was good. It's not creamy enough to be a New England style as advertised, but it has more chunks of veggies and bacon.With nice beers, it's a perfect place on a warm summer evening.

Went there for lunch on a very warm Sunday. The setting by the river is cool, relaxed and pleasant. The White sail overhead has a wonderful effect, blocking out the hot sun.As usual, the food was wide and excellent. The service was excellent as well.....even though the waiters were very busy. Great selection of local beers and cider. Will go again soon.
