Subway - Courtenay

Staff didn't cut up the vegetables for the salad. The meat pieces were way to big for a salad, and I was told they won't cut any of it up. Very rude to me when I asked them why. Told me that's how it was and then they walked away.

While the typical Subway food, so dependable and tastes the same as usual, the service was subpar. I went in with my boyfriend and got ignored while he was served and then asked for a meal plus one drink (making sure to clarify that) to not get my drink.

Both fellows need to go back to training.Always have to ask for more of everything,definitely not sandwich artists.Go to the one down the road,way friendlier and a way better sandwich and a lot faster.

Really bad experiences. Always make my sub wrong and never follow instructions. I’d recommend going to any other subway in town.

We were served by the very helpful Gill, who made sure our sandwiches were generously filled and guided us to the best deals. He provided exceptional service, going the extra mile to ensure we had water. We highly recommend this Subway location in the Valley!
