Silverado Steak House - Courtenay

It's not a steakhouse. Its more of a burger and salads place

We cant wait to come back. The BEST STEAK HOUSE EVER!!!

First of all, the restaurant is still advertised as Silverado Steakhouse on the internet even though it's now named The Atrium. There were no indications to find the restaurant around the golf club whatsoever. Secondly, we stood at the reception of the restaurant for 10 minutes, 3 employees walked by us and no one even spoke to us. There was some sort of a game night going on and the music was extremely loud. When we finally got our table, it took another 10 minutes for a waitress to come ask us if we wanted 3 menus, she didn't even have menus with her. We decided to leave because we felt like the service wouldn't get any better. It's easy to realise that it is not a client-oriented business.

Upscale venue. Unfortunately their great on-tap beers never featured on their menu until we asked for on-tap. The blond young lady that showed us our table: not a warm friendly welcome . Our male waiter was great and engaging. P South Africa
